The Workflow
Phone photo, scan, or PDF.
The rest already adds up.
PDF invoice, or Excel.
Why it reads oilfield tickets
Checked against the real DLS and NTS formats. A location that can't exist gets flagged, not quietly accepted.
Quantity × rate, lines against subtotal, 5% GST, subtotal + GST. A ticket whose numbers all agree doesn't need your eyes on every figure.
Smudged or crossed-out fields come back marked, not guessed. Nobody double-checks a confident wrong number — that's what makes it expensive.
Every saved ticket in one list. Filter by customer, date or status; export what you filtered to Excel.
INV-0001, INV-0002… from a real sequence, per company. Clicking twice never issues two numbers.
Your tickets, invoices and account live on servers in Montreal. Reading the handwriting is the one step that leaves — the image goes to our AI provider and comes straight back.
What you don't have to do
Everyone else starts by putting an app in your operators' hands. At −30°C, in gloves, with no signal — that's why you're still on paper. We start at the other end.
They keep using the same ticket book. Nobody in the field installs anything or learns anything.
No implementation weeks, no training sessions, no consultant. Sign up and upload a ticket.
Prices are on this page. Try it on your worst ticket before you talk to anyone.
Pricing
Typing one in by hand costs a few dollars of someone's time. Prices in CAD.
Enough to find out whether it reads your handwriting.
One or two trucks, a few hundred tickets a year.
The size where the office person is spending real days on this.
Twenty-plus trucks, month-end is a wall of paper.
Over your monthly count it's $0.25 a ticket — no hard stop mid-stack. Change plan or cancel any time; no contract, no setup fee.
