Questions people ask
What counts as a ticket?
One image or PDF page read by the AI. Editing, saving, invoicing and exporting are free — you're only counted when the AI reads something.
What if it can't read a ticket?
Failed reads aren't counted. You're only charged for work that came back.
Do my field crews need an app?
No. They keep writing the same paper tickets on the same ticket book. Everything happens in the office.
Where does my data live?
On servers in Montreal, Canada — tickets, invoices and your account. The one exception is reading the handwriting: that sends the image to our AI provider and back. Everything we store stays here. Details in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your settings. No contract and no setup fee.
